Some questions echo through time:
What is the meaning of fluff?
Can you nap too hard?
And—perhaps most importantly—
Is frosting better on top… or in the middle?
To get answers, I did what any responsible plushie would do:
I conducted field research.
(And by that, I mean I ate a lot of cake.)
Pros:
It’s the first thing you see—and taste.
Perfect for dramatic spoon swirls.
Sprinkles stick better (and I love sprinkles).
Field Test Result:
A generous dollop of vanilla buttercream on top made my ears wiggle involuntarily. I called this phenomenon Frosting Joy Face.
Pandy’s Thoughts:
“It’s traditional. Classic. Stable.” (He likes balance in all things.)
Mini Blue’s Reaction:
Bounced once. Landed in it.
Pros:
Secret frosting! Like finding treasure between fluff.
Holds the cake together emotionally (and structurally).
Best bite often lives right in the middle.
Field Test Result:
The gooey frosting between two chocolatey layers tasted like a cozy nap wrapped in dessert. I considered writing a poem about it.
Pandy’s Thoughts:
“More frosting inside means less frosting falling off.”
(Sensible, as always.)
Mini Blue’s Reaction:
Tunneled in with great intensity and refused to come out.
Frosting on top and in the middle?
Revolutionary. Harmonious. Sticky.
Conclusion:
Why not both?
In life, as in cake, the sweetest moments are often layered.
Sometimes on top. Sometimes hidden inside.
Sometimes on your paw when you weren’t paying attention.
So whether you’re a top swiper or a middle muncher…
May your frosting be fluffy, your layers be generous, and your friends always willing to lick the spoon with you.
Stay frosted, stay fabulous,
Doggie 🐶✨

P.S. Pandy is still scraping frosting off Mini Blue’s tentacles. We regret nothing.
