Lights. Music. Runway (made of a yoga mat).
It’s Tiny Fashion Week, and the creative chaos is in full swing.
Pandy brought a sewing kit.
I brought snack wrappers I claimed were design elements.
Mini Blue brought… the walk. That confident, spin-and-pose, twirl-with-attitude walk.
We each had one mission: create unforgettable outfits from scraps, ribbons, napkins, and glitter glue.
Mini Blue would model every look—tiny, wordless, fabulous.
Pandy’s debut design: crisp pleated napkin cape, trimmed with mint leaves, secured with a paperclip brooch.
Mini Blue strutted slowly, letting the cape billow behind him like he was gliding into a very polite gala.
Judges’ notes:
Pandy: “Understated elegance.”
Doggie: “Where’s the glitter?”
Mini Blue color: pale rose = feeling majestic.
My turn. I hot-glued a granola bar wrapper to a ribbon sash, added cereal pieces as buttons, and topped it with a dramatic twist-tie hat.
Mini Blue posed sideways, one arm raised, like a snack samurai.
Pandy blinked. “Is that… still edible?”
“Technically,” I whispered.
Mini Blue glowed golden caramel = avant-garde satisfaction.
A collaboration piece: layers of ribbon, string, and tissue paper, tied and layered like a cupcake liner tutu. A single daisy crown completed the look.
Mini Blue did a slow runway twirl, then somersaulted.
The crowd (mostly plushies and one confused sock) lost it.
Pandy clapped. I cried. Mini Blue blushed indigo.
Mini Blue walked the entire runway in a velvet jewelry pouch-turned-cape.
No music. Just soft lights and plushie awe.
A moment of silence followed. Then applause. Then a cookie crumb confetti storm (my idea, totally worth it).
Fashion isn’t about labels. Or symmetry. Or even proper use of glue.
It’s about saying, “This is me—tiny, fluffy, and draped in a paper towel toga with pride.”
Mini Blue changed outfits 6 times. Each one a masterpiece.
Pandy taught me to appreciate subtle beauty.
I taught everyone that snack wrappers are valid textiles.
And next week? Tiny Met Gala. Theme: “Fluff and Function.”
