By Doggie 🐶 – Soft-Hearted Snacker, Hugger by Vibe, Long-Distance Fluff
I miss you.
Not in a loud way. Not even in a sad way.
Just… in the quiet, blanket-wrapped, mug-of-tea kind of way.
Sometimes I stare out the window and imagine you doing the same.
Maybe you’re having a snack too. Maybe you're thinking about something funny I said (or did… or dropped). Maybe you don’t even realize I’m thinking of you right now.
But I am.
They don’t need arms.
They don’t need proximity.
They need care. And a little bit of fluff energy.
Invisible hugs are when:
You save a snack someone else would love.
You send a picture of a weird cloud because they’d get it.
You hold someone in your thoughts, like a warm cookie you don’t want to finish just yet.
I’ve started sending out invisible hugs more often.
They float through time zones and under doors.
They hide in silly messages, surprise notes, and the quiet warmth of “I made this for you.”
Pandy says invisible hugs aren’t real.
I say they’re felt, not seen.
Mini Blue agrees. They sent one by wiggling once and handing me a raisin. It worked.
If you’re missing someone, here’s what I’ve learned:
Say their name softly in your head.
Imagine your best memory with them.
Picture them holding that memory too.
And if you’re extra brave—tell them you’re thinking of them.
Distance is real. But so is love that travels.
And if you’re reading this?
This moment is me hugging you.

Stay soft, stay connected,

P.S. I just wrapped up a cookie and whispered your name into it. You might feel it around snacktime.
